Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA is looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at our cutting-edge manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining electronic equipment on a large scale, with a focus on manufacturing, power generation, and transmission applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing and power applications.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment design and maintenance.
• Research and analyze data to determine feasibility and application of designs.
• Direct engineering personnel in test control apparatus fabrication and equipment development.
• Interface with machines, hardware, and software to design integrated systems.

Technical Skills

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design and modify electrical controls to enhance machine reliability.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers.
• Calibrate electrical systems and components.
• Read, interpret, and modify complex PLC and Servo programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial equipment design and maintenance.
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management skills.
