Sr Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a global presence. At Toyo Tires, we value innovation, quality, and service, and are dedicated to developing cutting-edge products to meet customer needs. As part of our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia, you will play a crucial role in designing, testing, installing, and maintaining electronic equipment for manufacturing and power applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment for manufacturing and power applications.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment and systems meet process capability standards.
• Research and analyze data to determine feasibility and efficiency of design for application.
• Troubleshoot and modify electrical controls and systems to enhance reliability and productivity.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation and interface with vendors and contractors.

Technical Skills Required

• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting controls, preferably Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Experience in calibration of electrical systems and components.
• Skilled in reading and modifying complex PLC and Servo programs.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with all departments.
