Are you a passionate and experienced Bakery Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the food industry? Kennie's Market's Inc is seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Bakery Department to success. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring top-quality products and exceptional customer service to all Kennie's customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and gross profit goals for the department.
- Maintain control over supply, payroll expenses, inventory, and waste.
- Direct the stocking, display, and rotation of bakery products.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and pricing standards.
- Maintain a sanitary work environment and enforce safety standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree(GED).
- Two(2) to four(4) years of related experience and/or training.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and employees.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address various operational challenges.
