Child Behavior Specialist - Sign-on Bonus

Job Description

Assure Health LLC is seeking a Child Behavior Specialist to join Positive Leaps in West Chester, OH. In this role, you will provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children, exhibit flexibility in a changing therapeutic setting, implement treatment goals and objectives, and maintain documentation. If you have a Bachelor's degree in social work, hold a Social Worker License in Ohio, possess excellent communication skills, and can work with children of all ages, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe learning environment and organize resources for clinical outcomes.
• Interact professionally with children, families, and staff.
• Implement Positive Leaps model of care and curriculum.
• Update and maintain children's clinical data.
• Communicate treatment progress to the Supervisor.
• Demonstrate effective classroom organization skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work.
• Social Worker License in Ohio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with children of all ages.
• Capacity to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a rigorous background check.
