Job Description:

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical role responsible for delivering physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources. This role demands proficiency in Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. Candidates must exhibit professionalism and technical expertise while interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

• Provide timely resolution and escalations for Facility and customer issues.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues.
• Enforce Flexential Support and Data Center policies.
• Assist with installations and maintain data center cleanliness.
• Operate Badge Access Security System and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
• Initiative-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• IT Support experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications desirable.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work at heights and in cold environments.
• Capability to lift heavy objects and install cabling.

Hourly Pay Range:

• The estimated hourly pay range is $20.30 - $23.81, varying based on experience and qualifications.
