Data Center Operations Technician I

Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is pivotal for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and internal resources in a 24x7x365 environment. Responsibilities include timely issue resolution, adherence to data center policies and procedures, vendor support, and installation of services. This role requires a passion for customer experience, proficiency in Windows operating systems, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for providing a great customer experience.
• Understanding of Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prefer 1 year of experience working within an IT Support environment.
• Network +, Security + and / or CCNA desired.
• Microsoft MCP or MCSA preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and work aloft.
• Ability to work in cold temperature environments.
• Ability to maneuver pallet jacks and lift heavy objects.

Hourly Pay Range

The hourly pay range for this position is estimated between $19.33 - $22.67, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
