Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems (8kW-1mW).
• Troubleshoot, perform diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups on generators.
• Prepare accurate quotes for repairs and complete/submit work orders.
• Previous experience working on residential or industrial generators.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Participate in an on-call, rotating schedule.
• Provide your own tools (multi-meter, hand-tools, etc.).
• Focus on safety with OSHA 10 (or ability to attain one), a valid DOT Card, and driver's license.
