Job Description
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at Rochester Manor. Under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
