Job Description
Rochester Manor is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on various shifts. As an LPN at our facility, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
