Job Description
We are looking for a talented and innovative Manager, Content Design to join Flexential's dynamic team. As the Manager, Content Design, you will drive the strategic vision for the Flexential brand through creative and forward-thinking content creation. This role requires a balance of creative flair and technical expertise, with responsibilities ranging from high-level art direction to hands-on content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Flexential's brand and market presence.
- Collaborate across departments to implement creative strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide high-level art direction for marketing and design projects.
- Foster creativity within the team and explore new ideas.
- Develop diverse content types that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage the creative process and optimize design quality.
- Analyze market trends to inform future creative strategies.
- Present concepts to internal stakeholders and maintain brand standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies to elevate the Flexential brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 8+ years of graphic design or art direction experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software.
- Experience in managing brand strategy and design standards.
- Ability to lead internal and external teams towards creative solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in a creative management role.
- Background in B2B or technology sector.
- Experience in scaling creative functions within an organization.
- Advanced knowledge of motion graphics and animation software.

Base Pay Range: Annual salary estimated at $76,508 - $96,654. Actual pay depends on experience and location.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
