Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our Trauma/Burn Step-down team at the Medical University Hospital Authority. The ideal candidate will provide personalized, goal-oriented care to patients and their families, adhering to nursing process principles and practices. As part of our healthcare team, you will deliver safe and effective care and collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care in accordance with nursing procedures.
• Interact effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain current nursing licensing and certifications as required by South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year work experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
