Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of resources to ensure quality service delivery, uphold the hospital's mission, vision, and philosophy, and provide leadership in clinical nursing interventions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in the Emergency Department.
- Ensure quality patient care and service excellence.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to established protocols.
- Assess patient status and implement effective clinical nursing interventions.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in nursing or related field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS certification.
- National Certification preferred.
