Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our team. As the industry leader in post-frame construction, we have a rich history of over 120 years and operate multiple manufacturing, fabrication, and shipping plants across the nation.

Our Sales Consultants play a pivotal role in expanding market presence within assigned territories, fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. The successful candidate will collaborate within a team environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings backed by superior warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer relationships and nurture existing ones.
  • Effectively manage construction projects from pre-sales to completion.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Coordinate project stakeholders, subcontractors, and navigate permit requirements.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology integration.
