Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a Full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our dynamic team. Our Sales Consultants are self-driven individuals responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, cultivating relationships with both new and existing customers, and delivering high-quality building solutions backed by superior warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed established sales budgets.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the building project, including managing subcontractors, navigating permitting requirements, and ensuring customer confidentiality.
  • Integrate technology into daily activities to effectively manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
