As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in increasing market share, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical territory.
  • Meet or exceed established sales budgets by managing a strong sales funnel.
  • Coordinate all aspects of building projects, including personnel, subcontractors, and permits.
  • Utilize technology to manage projects efficiently from pre-sale to completion.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
