Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Maintenance Technicians at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks on industrial equipment.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Execute lubrication and filter changes.
• Assist in maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) like Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Operate and troubleshoot AC & DC servo drives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
