Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, investigate monthly variances, and collaborate with Japan to manage production costs effectively. Fluent Japanese language skills are a must for this position.

Responsibilities

• Master CADIOS to understand material transactions and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Japan for efficient cost management within CADIOS.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate post-implementation.
• Participate in budget planning, developing annual budgets for labor and assigned costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
