Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in Japanese to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a rich history of over 75 years. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing production costs, investigating variances, and providing valuable insights to optimize financial processes. This position requires expertise in Cost Accounting, knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, and strong communication skills in Japanese to collaborate effectively with our teams in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and provide detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with teams in Japan to optimize production cost management using CADIOS.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and monitoring process.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate results post-implementation.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must for effective collaboration with teams in Japan.
