Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual) to join the TOYOTI1 team. TOYOTI1 is a leading international tire manufacturing company with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing production costs, analyzing material transactions, and collaborating with teams in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
• Direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10 years of related experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is an advantage.
