Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Cost Analyst with bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese to join our team at the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of our innovative and quality-driven company, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs in collaboration with our teams in Japan, and play a crucial role in analyzing ROI and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate and analyze monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for production cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and management.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure completion verification.
• Participate in the annual budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
