Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a strong global presence and commitment to innovation, quality, and service excellence. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a key role in managing production costs, investigating variances, and leading fixed asset inventory. Fluency in Japanese is essential for collaborating effectively with the team in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate and analyze material transactions and monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Direct fixed asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
• Participate in the annual budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
