Clinical Response Coordinator (RN-Paramedic)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Response Coordinator (RN-Paramedic) to join Mid South Transplant, an organization committed to facilitating organ and tissue donations to save lives in the Mid-South region. As a CRC, you will play a crucial role in determining the initial suitability of potential donors by conducting on-site visits to donor hospitals within a 3-hour radius of Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site visits to donor hospitals and assess clinical data to determine medical suitability for donation.
• Communicate with hospital and physician teams to evaluate case dynamics and share clinically significant information.
• Collaborate with Mid-South Transplant Foundation staff to facilitate the donation process.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting preferred, or Advanced EMT/Paramedic.
• Degree in a medical or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.

Benefits

• Salary range: $60k/yr - $74k/yr based on experience.
