Job Description
Join Mid-South Transplant as a Registered Nurse and be part of a life-saving mission! We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Response Coordinator (CRC) to assess potential organ and tissue donors at donor hospitals within a 3-hour radius of Memphis, TN. The CRC will work closely with hospital teams, evaluate medical records, and determine the initial suitability for donation.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site visits to donor hospitals.
- Evaluate medical records and conduct bedside assessments.
- Determine the initial medical suitability for organ and tissue donation.
- Communicate effectively with hospital teams and off-site staff.
Working Hours
Full-time position with 12 to 15 days per month. On-call schedule requires 24-hour shifts. Availability for 2 weekends per month and some holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience as an RN in an ICU setting preferred.
- Degree in a medical or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical or hospital experience.
Salary range: $60k/yr - $74k/yr based on experience.
